Cosmos in the news

Khaleej Times and Gulf News have profiled Cosmos Immigration multiple times since 2019. Selected features below; full archive available on each publisher's site.

Why applicants choose Cosmos Immigration

Cosmos Immigration has operated from the UAE since 2014. Over 14 years we have processed more than 1,200 visa files across Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the European Union. Our Google rating sits at 4.8 stars across 2,464 reviews, and we publish each review without filtering or moderation.

Our consultants hold the licences that matter for the destination they advise on. For Canadian files we operate under RCIC and CICC authorisation; the older ICCRC designation that some applicants still ask about merged into the CICC framework. Australian files are handled under MARA registration. UK and EU work is supervised by qualified immigration practitioners with direct case experience in those jurisdictions.

What our process looks like

Every enquiry begins with a free eligibility assessment that takes around 30 minutes. We do not charge for the initial review, and we do not push applicants towards visa categories that do not fit their profile. If your points score, English level, age or work history rules out a particular pathway, we say so before any fee is paid.

Offices and reach

Our headquarters is in Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. We also operate a full branch in Abu Dhabi serving applicants based in the capital and the Western Region, and an Indian office that handles document procurement, attestation and police clearances for clients with home-country paperwork still pending.

Telephone support runs in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. Walk-ins are accepted at all three offices, although booked appointments are seen first. Document review for serious applicants is conducted in person; remote review is available for applicants outside the UAE.

Fees, refunds and what is included

Professional fees are quoted in writing before any agreement is signed. The quote covers application drafting, supporting submissions, response to procedural fairness letters, and communication with the relevant immigration authority for the duration of your file. Government fees, biometric charges, medical examinations, language test bookings and translation fees are paid by the applicant directly to the issuing body and are never marked up by Cosmos.

If a file is refused on grounds we identified and disclosed in writing before submission, the refund framework set out in your service agreement applies. We do not promise approvals — no licensed consultant legally can — but we do commit to filing only when the case is genuinely competitive on the published selection criteria.

Frequently asked questions

Is Cosmos Immigration a registered consultancy in the UAE?

Yes. Cosmos Immigration has held a UAE trade licence since 2014 and operates from registered offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Licence numbers are displayed at each branch and on every signed engagement letter.

Do you handle the visa from start to finish?

Yes. We manage profile assessment, points calculation, document collation, application drafting, submission, post-lodgement queries, biometric scheduling and arrival briefings. The only step we do not handle is your medical examination, which must be done by a panel-approved physician of your choosing.

Which countries do you not cover?

We do not currently file directly for the United States, Schengen short-stay visit visas, or any country requiring local citizenship sponsorship that we cannot lawfully supply. For these we will refer you to a vetted partner rather than accept the file ourselves.

How long does a typical skilled-migration file take from signing to decision?

The Cosmos workload (assessment, drafting, submission readiness) usually takes four to eight weeks once documents are complete. The processing time at the immigration authority itself depends on the destination and category, and is published by each government — we share the current official range during your consultation.

Can I check the status of an active file myself?

Yes. Each applicant receives a portal account number with the destination authority (IRCC, Home Affairs, UKVI, INZ) and the login is yours. We track in parallel and notify you of any status change within one working day.
